Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat
Madekwe, a British-Nigerian mixed race child, was born to the family of South London. Her father is a Nigerian-Swiss, and her mother is English. She grew in a South London council estate, and at the age of fourteen, she attended The Brit School. The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art is where she earned the BA in acting. Madekwe's US debut was in 2009, with her dramatic The Beautiful Life. The show aired just two episodes before being cancelled on The CW. In February of 2011 she was cast in the role of Ashley Davenport in the ABC drama series Revenge. Madekwe appeared in all episodes of the show's initial two seasons as the show's regular. In May of 2013, word broke that the actress would quit the show due to her guest appearance in the first episode of the series' third season. From 2014 to the year 2016, she appeared on Salem as Tituba. Madekwe, her longtime partner, Iddo, married Madekwe in June 2012. Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actor who was raised by an extended family. She was born to Roy and Patty Leggat.
